I’m giving this place a 4 only because the food is amazing! And want to be fair but service is 0 for me. I’ve been here twice so far, first time I went kinda late so I feel that’s why we got served/rushed the way we did But today I came early during the day it was the same guy he has no type of hospitality or emotion just a plain serious rude tone every single time no manners either. He sat us at a dirty table I noticed he wouldn’t clean any of the tables only took the dirty dishes off he also seems to be the only server/busier which is odd. Anyways I’m so used to being greeted and checked on time to time He does none of that coming here I feel like a bother It sucks because this place can be great. They just need better service. Food is great but if you’re eating in not a good experience ATALL

👌 Excellent service, and the food was delicious. It was a friend's birthday, and we were a group of 10 people. The birthday guest was served a large ice cream sundae, along with a birthday song, and the waitstaff sang as well. Everything was very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you. I will come back when I can. 😊

Use to love this place, but tonight was my last visit. I placed a to go order and noticed they increased the prices of a lot of their items suddenly, but I still placed the order because their pho is delicious. I placed an order for two bowls of pho, and I expected a box with beansprouts and the other add-ins for each of the bowls. I picked up my order and there was only one portion of the add-ins, with a “2” written on top, saying that that one box was for both. Which is hilarious considering when I opened the box, inside was only enough for one bowl and with just extra sauces. I’ve ordered just one bowl many times and the amount of the add-ins was the same for one bowl and they tried to pass it off as two. They definitely just lost a loyal customer.

🍜🥢🥣🍲🥠 Considering I didn’t even know what Phở was before coming here, the What The Phở name is ironically perfect on a personal level — but that didn’t stop the evening from being filled with flavorful dishes and genuinely attentive service. A fun intro to pho, a welcoming vibe, and a meal that totally won me over.

i’ve been here twice and loved it so much. I have tried many veggie phos and have never been able to find one that is as flavorful as this! so delicious update 2026: please do not go on saturdays! every time i do, i regret it. it is so inconsistent. the server who is there on saturdays is horrible. we were seated and sat without being acknowledged for 20 minutes. when our food finally arrived our pho was so sweet. i don’t know who they have working on the weekends but just come during the week because saturdays are a mess. during the week is great. the servers are nice and the pho is balanced !
